A little history
Calligraphy has been a big part of my afternoons when I was a child. My grandmother Anna taught me her values, the values of her time, like: to play the piano, to be resilient, to dance ballet, to sing on a choir, to sow and embroider, to be patient, to cook, to be always on time and how to have a good handwrite.
And that was the beginning of everything... I felt in love with handwriting. I started doing calligraphy exercises. I obsessed with how my notebooks looked like at school. It was a hobby and a new way of studding. I would write my notes on random paper without paying much attention to how it looked, just keeping up with the lecture. Once I arrived at home I would transfer everything to my notebook, adding information I would read afterward and making sure it looked great. It actually helped me to develop a graphic memory and good grades.
I actually graduated as a lawyer, but having changed countries my degree didn't applied anymore. I started projects on the side of my new job and those projects became a business. I never thought life would take me here, but it is better than any other plan I have ever made myself.
